A seminar on "Effective HR Management in Public Service: Best Practices, Digital Ecosystem, and Talent Management" was held.

A practical seminar was organized with the aim of developing the professional competencies of heads of human resource management units in government bodies and organizations, based on national and international best practices. The seminar also sought to improve the mechanisms for the effective use of human capital through the implementation of modern HR management and People Analytics approaches. The seminar was organized in cooperation with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) on the occasion of the UN Public Service Day.

As we have reported, the Governance Efficiency Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is implementing a series of measures to foster effective partnerships between government agencies and the private sector, and to support the adoption of best practices from the private sector into public service.
