The Agency's Department of Human Resources and Personnel Capacity Development directs and provides methodological support to the activities of ministries and agencies in organizing training courses on improving the knowledge and skills of civil servants and continuous development of their professional competences.
It also forms a psychological portrait of civil servants, conducts psychological tests, organizational diagnostics (BPR) and socio-psychological questionnaires, studies the socio-psychological environment in government bodies.
To date, more than 90 training courses aimed at acquiring and regularly updating the knowledge and skills necessary for the proper implementation of their powers by civil servants have been organized, and 68,788 civil servants have been included in them.
In order to effectively organize the activities of newly appointed district (city) hakims (mayors) and their teams, a system of on-site express trainings was launched, and
1,480 civil servants have been covered to date.
15 training courses were organized with the participation of leading scientists and experts from Italy, Great Britain, UAE, Singapore, Latvia and the Russian Federation in order to study the practice of developed foreign countries and exchange experience. More than 500 executives and industry experts participated in them.
At the same time, educational cooperation "government body - educational institution - civil servant" was established, and 56,494 civil servants were upgraded online and certificates were issued through the distance learning platform of the Institute for Retraining and Professional Development of Higher Education Personnel (dc.bimm.uz).
The Agency's ilm.argos.uz educational portal has been transformed and upgraded.
470 video materials, more than 240 electronic literature were placed on it. Today, 64,889 users are constantly improving their knowledge and skills.
"Political-Enlightenment Hour" is being held weekly (every Friday) through the YouTube channel in order to inform civil servants about the news in the socio-economic, political, legal and technological spheres happening in the world. More than 35,000 civil servants are constantly participating in it.
In order to form a psychological portrait of the leading personnel, psychological questionnaires were conducted among 518 civil servants from the central offices of
19 ministries and agencies, 208 district (city) hakims (mayors) and 760 candidates included in the national personnel reserve.
In the regions, socio-psychological questionnaires on socio-psychological conditions in organizational diagnostics (BPR), management and quick decision-making, stress tolerance, working with problems and risk assessment were taken, and the potential, personal and professional skills of personnel were comprehensively studied.
28 social surveys (online and offline) were conducted to study the socio-psychological environment in government bodies and organizations, and the participation of more than 251,000 respondents was ensured.
