Coordination of personnel work in government agencies and organizations
One of the main tasks of the Civil Service Development Agency is to widely introduce and consistently improve information and communication technologies in the field of public civil service, to form a database of public civil servants while ensuring the security of their personal data.
By Resolution No. 492 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to improve the human resources management system in republican and local executive bodies” dated September 22, 2023, the electronic platform hrm.argos.uz was launched. This platform was developed to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles to human resources development and reduce corruption risks and the human factor.
Now, personnel documents are accepted and maintained only in electronic form through the system, certified by an electronic digital signature.
The platform is integrated with the single open portal of vacant positions of civil servants — vacancy.argos.uz and the electronic programs of the Unified National Labor System — my.mehnat.uz.
This automated system is being fully implemented in all state bodies and organizations where the state civil service is implemented. Currently, all ministries and departments where the state civil service is implemented, as well as more than 2,800 organizations within their system, are connected to this platform.
The launch of the hrm.argos.uz information system will reduce paper consumption in human resources management in state bodies and organizations, save time, and ensure transparency in the process of working with employees. It will also ensure information security and create the opportunity to form a single centralized database for all employees of state bodies and organizations.
