Starting today, July 1, new procedures began to operate, aimed at further strengthening openness and transparency in the recruitment system for the state civil service. The new procedures expand opportunities for young people to enter the civil service and serve to ensure fairness in selection processes.
Now, questions asked at the interview stage when hiring in state bodies must be published on the organization's official website at least 1 month in advance.
Most importantly, it is prohibited to ask a candidate questions that have not been announced in advance.
Cases where young people are not hired under the pretext of "lack of experience" will be prevented.
To this end, a separate list of positions is being approved, for which no internal competition is held, and candidates are not required to have general or special work experience at all.
