The 2026 season of the "Women Leaders" educational program has launched. This marks the start of the latest stage in preparing promising, high-potential women for leadership roles.

The program is being implemented in accordance with Presidential Decrees-87 and 78 of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Its aim is to develop modern leadership competencies among proactive, promising, and high-potential women, prepare them for public service, and enhance their professional capabilities.

As part of the educational program, participants will undergo training in modern management at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration, complete practical internships at ministries, agencies, and local government bodies, gain insight into international best practices, and ultimately present their project work.
